About me

Hi, I'm Carla

I am Carla Jesus, founder and creator of The 3R Happiness Method, a structured wellbeing framework created from lived experience.

While raising my two daughters with different complex needs, including autism with high support needs, I experienced the stress, overwhelm and isolation that many parents and carers face. Due to the limited practical and emotional support available, I first developed the method to support myself through some of the most challenging moments of my life.

Over time, I structured it into a practical framework to help others reset stress, reframe thinking and rebuild resilience.

Today, The 3R Happiness Method helps people move from overwhelm into calm, clarity, emotional steadiness and more sustainable happiness — one reset, one reframe and one rebuild at a time.
